DANCE DYNAMICS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fees and Payments

• Payment deadlines: Fees must be paid in advance by the stated due date each term.
• Non-refundable fees: Class fees are non-refundable for missed classes or student absences.
• Late payments: Late payments will incur an extra £5.00 admin charge or result in the loss of the student's class place. 

Notice Periods and Discontinuation

• Leaving classes: You must give a full term of written notice if a student wishes to stop taking weekly classes.
• Fees in lieu of notice: If you do not give enough notice, you must pay fees for the notice period instead.
• Cancellations by school: If the school cancels a class, they will offer a makeup

Attendance and Punctuality

• Regular attendance: Students must attend classes regularly to progress safely and keep up with group choreography.
• Punctuality: Students should arrive on time so they can join the warm-up safely.
• Late collection: Parents must pick up children promptly after class ends.

Uniform and Appearance

• Correct clothing: Students must wear the official school uniform and proper dance footwear for every class.
• Hair: Hair must be tied back securely, often in a bun or ponytail, away from the face.
• Jewellery: Students cannot wear jewellery during lessons for safety reasons. Only small stud earrings permitted.

Health, Safety, and Conduct

• Medical disclosures: Parents must share any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions with the teachers.
• Physical contact: Teachers may use safe, appropriate physical contact to correct posture or demonstrate technique.
• Behaviour: Good behaviour and respect for teachers and peers are mandatory. Disruptive students may be asked to leave.
